Save to Spotify is a new command-line tool designed specifically for AI agents like OpenClaw, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex. If you're the kind of person who collects research on a topic, then feeds it through their AI of choice to create audio summaries and personal podcasts, this lets you save them right alongside the latest episode of The Vergecast and Welcome to Night Vale on Spotify.
To set it up, you need to download and install the Save to Spotify CLI from GitHub. Then you just prompt your AI agent as normal, but tack on "and save to Spotify," and it should show up right in your podcast feed. In the blog post announcing the feature, S …

AI technology is leapfrogging, yet that doesn’t mean we always want a revolutionary feature out of it. Google Chrome can automatically download a local AI model that takes up to 4 gigabytes of hard drive space on a computer when certain AI features are enabled, according to The Verge.
The file, called weights.bin, is used by Google’s Gemini Nano AI model to provide writing assistance, autocomplete, and fraud protection directly on the device. (Nano has been around since Gemini was introduced in late 2023.)
Since the model runs locally, the AI data is stored on the computer instead of in the cloud, which can provide better privacy, but also takes up storage space. Users can check whether the file is present by looking for the OptGuideOnDeviceModel folder in Chrome’s system files.
To free up the space, users need to disable the on-device feature in Chrome’s settings under Settings > System.

Shivon Zilis, a Neuralink executive and the mother of four of Elon Musk’s children, took the stand on Wednesday as one of the most highly anticipated witnesses in Musk’s case against OpenAI. The ChatGPT maker has argued that, while Zilis worked with OpenAI between 2016 and 2023, she was also involved in a secret relationship with Musk, acting as an informant for him.
Musk’s case against OpenAI alleges that CEO Sam Altman and president Greg Brockman, co-founders of the company with Musk, broke a founding agreement when they restructured it from a non-profit to a for-profit enterprise. The Tesla CEO accuses Altman and Brockman of unjustly enriching themselves and wants both removed from their positions at the startup, one of the most valuable in the world. He is also seeking the undoing of the for-profit and $134bn in damages to be redistributed to OpenAI’s non-profit arm.

But with the debut of Claude’s new Financial Services Solution by Anthropic, it has clearly moved to a new direction in the world of finance, one where AI does way more than crunch numbers or explain stuff. Think specific financial […]
