Elon Musk Loses $150 Billion Suit Against OpenAI and Sam Altman

The ruling appeared to clear a path for OpenAI to file for a much anticipated IPO this year and dent the SpaceX and X owner’s reputation.

Even as protests increase, the collapse of Mr. Musk’s suit against OpenAI and Sam Altman will speed up the artificial intelligence juggernaut.

The first NVIDIA Vera CPUs arrived at three of the world's leading AI labs on Friday — Anthropic in San Francisco, OpenAI in Mission Bay, SpaceXAI in Palo Alto — followed by a delivery to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Santa Clara on Monday. NVIDIA Vice President of Hyperscale and High-Performance Computing Ian Buck hand-delivered them.
