While the nature and scope of the investigation is unknown, reportedly the league’s antitrust exemptions granted through the Sports Broadcasting Act co
The post Binance Blames DOJ Warning on Misread of Abu Dhabi Rules appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com.
Binance has pushed back against a reported US Justice Department warning, telling BeInCrypto that any claims of reduced cooperation with US law enforcement are wrong. In an interview, Binance’s Head of Corporate Communications said the exchange believes the DOJ memo was likely based on a misreading of its obligations under Abu Dhabi Global Market rules. The company said it has already told both the DOJ and ADGM that its process for handling US law enforcement requests will remain unchanged. “We are not going to change in any way, shape or form, the way that we interact with law enforcement in America,” the spokesperson told BeInCrypto. Scoop: In early June, the Justice Department sent out a memo warning its attorneys working on crypto cases that they should expect less cooperation from Binance. This comes as Binance is actively negotiating a formal end to its DOJ monitorship, implemen

Topline Meta edged past Tesla in market value Wednesday—not because Meta’s stock rose, but because Tesla’s fell harder—setting up Meta’s earnings report later this month as a test of whether the tech giant’s big spending on artificial intelligence is paying off. Green Bay Packers right guard Anthony Belton drops back to block during an NFC Wild Card playoff game against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field on January 10, 2026. Getty Images The Green Bay Packers were arguably the most disappointing team in football last season. And perhaps no one did less with more than Packers’ coach Matt LaFleur. Green Bay headed into the 2025 season with one of the NFL’s top rosters, then traded for star defensive end Micah Parsons 10 days before the year began. Suddenly, Packer Nation was dreaming of their first Super Bowl appearance since 2010. Instead, Green Bay went a remarkably unsatisfying 9-8-1 overall and was the NFC’s No. 7 seed for a third consecutive year. The Packers then blew a 21-3 halftime lead in the Wild Card round against Chicago, gave up 25 fourth quarter points and eventually suffered a shocking 31-27 loss to the arch-rival Bears. “No way yo
